Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (5-8 years) to join our growing team. This role will work directly with senior leadership to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and content marketing. The candidate must be results-driven, able to meet lead-generation and pipeline targets, and comfortable collaborating with agencies when required.

The candidate will also lead digital marketing efforts for our soon-to-launch immersive learning platform. This includes supporting product launch campaigns, optimizing visibility across AI-powered search engines (AEO), and creating content that educates enterprise buyers on next-generation soft skills training powered by GenAI and VR/AR technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and social campaigns aligned to QLytix’s positioning as a custom eLearning provider.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube) across Awareness, Consideration, and Decision stages.
  • Repurpose case studies and project successes into blogs, whitepapers, ads, and gated assets.
  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, competitor benchmarking, and conversion rate optimization (A/B testing, landing page audits).
  • Monitor website and campaign performance; deliver regular KPI-driven reports (traffic, rankings, MQLs, CPL, ROAS).
  • Monitor and improve QLytix’s presence across AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) through emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) practices; evaluate visibility, optimize structured content, and stay current with evolving digital discovery trends.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for product, including product launch, feature announcements, and demo pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to develop messaging and landing pages for product based on evolving platform capabilities
  • Create and optimize product-focused content (web pages, thought leadership, social posts) that positions product against industry benchmarks
  • Support immersive learning category education by driving content campaigns that explain concepts such as VR soft skills, GenAI-powered authoring, and behavioral data intelligence
  • Experience using AI-powered marketing tools such as Jasper, SurferSEO, ChatGPT, or Copy.ai to streamline content creation, keyword research, or campaign optimization
  • Publish consistent content across LinkedIn and other channels, while engaging with L&D and corporate training communities.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for specialized deliverables (creative, SEO, paid media, PR).
  • Ensure unified messaging across all channels and support smooth CRM handoff processes.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)

  • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services.
  • Hands-on execution in:
    • SEO (technical + on-page optimization, keyword research).
    • Paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads).
    • Social media management (LinkedIn primary).
  • Campaign ownership: ability to plan, launch, and optimize end-to-end campaigns.
  • Analytics: proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Search Console.
  • Strong content and copywriting skills (blogs, case studies, social posts, ad copy).
  • Track record of working with KPIs (MQLs, CTR, CPL, ROAS).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with leadership and sales.

Strongly Preferred

  • Familiarity with enterprise buyer personas (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, Procurement).
  • Experience coordinating with agencies/freelancers for SEO, paid ads, or creative work.
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization (A/B testing, landing page performance).
  • Hands-on with tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs (SEO), Buffer/Hootsuite (scheduling), Canva/Adobe (creative design), Unbounce/Webflow (landing pages).
  • Understanding of lead funnel stages (Awareness → Consideration → Decision).

Nice-to-Have

  • Industry familiarity with corporate training, EdTech, HR tech, or enterprise learning platforms
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies or experience with account-level engagement and targeting
  • Understanding of lead attribution models, pipeline contribution tracking, and reporting across complex B2B funnels
  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, HubSpot, or SEO-related disciplines

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
